Guide-Rails
Elevator guide-rails are the parts which support the elevator car travelling in align within the vertical shaft. These guiderails are iron made with polish finished surface, it available in different sizes, types and can be chosen as per elevator application.
Elevator Cabin/Car
Elevator cabin or car is the parts in which passengers or freight travel in the elevator hoist-way, the car constructed by steel material, its frame is design by MS steel material with C Channels, Steel plates and other materials. We have many designs of elevator cabin and customized sizes so customer can choose as per their need.
Elevator Doors
There are many types of doors used in elevator, fully automatic, semi-automatic and folding doors. We supplies all kind of elevator doors. The doors are form of visible face in the elevator, mostly common used are automatic elevators doors and semi-automatic elevator doors.
Fully automatic are most common system in any elevator available under three categories horizontal sliding and vertical sliding these doors divided into horizontal or vertical working as central or telescopic opening. In this type of door system the elevator car/cabin has its separate door and landing floors has its own separate doors the system work synchronously when the car arrive at floor level and car door its own doors with landing doors also by a cam mechanism system.
While the semi-automatic doors are manual swing doors type in this system there is only door at landing floor, the same system is available in folding doors also.
Counter-Weight
In traction elevator system the car is balanced by the counter-weight, the weight of counter-weight should be same as weight of cabin plus half of elevator capacity. Counter-weight frame is made of MS steel material and blocks are steel covered concrete.
Safety Gear
Elevator safety gear is part of elevator, it is protection device to run elevator safely. The safety gear is jointly operated with speed governor to stops and hold the elevator car on guiderails in case of overs peed or broken or loose hoisting ropes or cable.
Over-Speed Governor
Over-Speed Governor is safety device of elevator, it is connected to the safety gear by a governor rope. It trips the elevator in case elevator car exceeds it permitted speed and trigger the safety gear to stop elevator.

Lift Control System
There are many types of lift control system which are relay logic, microprocessor and plc. Relay logic elevator control system is old technology which was used till 1979 and after then the microprocessor based elevator control system appeared which is fully computerized elevator control system, it is using till now and have many new technology upgradation in the microprocessor systems. This microprocessor control system in used in automatic elevator.

Traction Machines
Traction machines are commonly product in the field of elevator industries, the drive system by traction machine is elevator cabin pull and tract it-self on the machine sheave by the connection of wire ropes between cabin and balancing counter weight.
- Geared Traction Machines
The type of geared traction machine driven by AC voltage electric motors, that the electric motor drive worm gear type unit which turn the machine sheave and operate the elevator, in this technology gear reduction unit offer the advantage as less power of motor for running the sheave of machine, normally available speed are 0.5 m/s – 2.0 m/s. These machine comes with the separate electrical brake system which installed between motor and reduction unit, which helps to stop elevator on floor level by holding the cabin.
- Gear less Traction Machines
Gear Less Traction Machine driven by ac voltage without any worm or typical gear, the machine sheaves attached directly on the designed motor, this technology is a perfect solutions of high rise building because of its various and higher option of speed systems, it is solutions with low maintenance cost and energy saving, normally available speed from 1.0 m/s – 4.0 m/s. It also have separate electrical brake system to control the machines brakes.
Cabin Operating Panel (COP)
Cabin Operating Panel is a parts of elevator which is uses for operating elevator from inside cabin, there are many designs and finishes available for the COP, We import china top COP manufacturing brand “Shanghai BST”.
Lobby/Landing Operating Panel (LOP)
LOP is used to operating elevator from outside at landing, it gives command of landing calls are indicate the elevator position and other commands. We uses Shanghai BST brand LOP in our elevator which is well known Chinese brand.
Trailing Cable
The elevator trailing cable is electrical flat cable which uses for wiring connection between control system and elevator car.
Light Curtain
Elevator light curtain is safety parts for elevator doors and it is installed with elevator cabin doors. It detect the presence of things without actual contact. It also provide the signal to elevator door drive to open and hold the doors fully open during passenger enter or exit to the elevator car reducing the potential for contact and possible injury. We provide elevator light curtain by WECO world well-known brand for door sensors and other accessories.
